Help needed DSX9/12X

Postby Big Si on Sat Jan 26, 2019 5:05 pm

Ok guys need some help while I still have some hair left
trying to set up a 5.2m DG600 glider
its got servo wise
2x ailerons
2x flaps
2x airbrakes
1x rudder
1x elevator
1x toe release
1x retracts wheel
I have got everything working other than the airbrakes and I have crow on the throttle stick and 5 flight modes
I have set it up so I only have crow on land as don't want it other than that mode, have got full length ailerons in speed as well, might add them to others once I fly it
have set up launch/cruse/speed/thermal/land
all fine no issues what so ever
now come to the brakes
I have stuck them on a Y lead as have 10 servos and only 9 channels
they are set with 100 each way and work as smooth as butter no stalling what so ever
NOW I can get them working with the crow on the throttle and they are fine
but as soon as I try and only have them working in land that's when it goes wrong
they stick up half way and don't move in any flight mode
I really don't want to fly it with the airbrakes working in ever flight mode
as its nice at times to be able to move the throttle stick with out anything moving
I have tried all ways I can think of and this morning started again from fresh with my JR 12X but soon as I go into the flight modes and try and disable the brakes from working in everything other than land it dose the same
POP up half way and not move
Dose any one have a clue what the hell I am doing wrong as I am sure there must be away
Thanks a very frustrated Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :?

Your not alone, have tried all ways I can think off and each time I try and only have the brakes on land mode the same thing happens they pop up half way and don't move up or down
Kinda wish I was still on Futaba as if still had my old tx would of been done a week ago
Mad as thought would of been easy with all the mixing and set up in them TX,s
someone must fly big gliders with crow and brakes
