ST Models MX-2

Been playing with this, surprisingly good! Cheap as chips price for a complete servo, motor, esc set up. Add Decals and Rx and fly-no glue, it's EPP, so an ideal boot of the car toy. tad over £100!
It needs a 3s 2200 type Li-Po, motor/ESC seems good, around 1000kv I think as it has a 12 x 6 prop.

Indeed for the money they are very good. I just wish now I had not spend all that time putting on the decals, only to have them come of each flight ;)

I had one for about 5 flights, before the ESC burnt out in flight, which then broke the model in half on landing / crashing out of control :?

I think they come with a 12x5 prop, and the RipMax Rip said put a APC 12x6E on it and it will fly better. Which in the end I never got around to doing.

ST Models are coming out with some great stuff these days for the money they costed.

The stickers only took an evening and I don't expect mine to come off. I've seen a few with poorly attached decals.
1. I cleaned the foam with CA Kicker-good squirt and wipe with a cloth.
2. I reduced the mould pips with a sanding block. (both jobs total 1 minute) I also cut the decals undersize so that they did not reach the edge...thats it.

Some say the Stig is so scared of the Dark Destroyer that he hangs a picture of him in back and looks into his rear view mirror to go faster.
