Just plugged it all in in the back garden and opened it up, was all I could do to hold on , this setup has CRAZY power, I very much doubt there's much need for full throttle as doing the numbers the power to weight is in the 250watts/ lbs region :o

You're a crazy guy Craig, and I thank you for it  :D

Bav built airframes should come with a health warning :D

Was watching some of the 3D clinic vids by the ''Bone Doc'' in the states who users a 51'' Slick in his vids. He's running a Torque 2814T motor that is rated at approx 520W max and he's hovering with ease and doing all the moves in the book, the Scorpion in this is rated at 1050W :o

this setup is awesome!I was after a motor that had a 4stroke glow feel to it!its got nice balanced low down torque and crazy power when you need it!and still get great duration out of the packs!the scorpion gear is so under rated!I can wait for the giant scale stuff! :D

Have you fully converted Rod to Scorpion yet ? last time out he was using a Scorpion motor in his 70'' Slick and was going to get the Scorpion ESC to match ?
