Pitts Python flies!!!

Flew it today !!!
really pleasantly surprised!

Flies fantastically well really.
Solid harriers both upright and inverted, it hangs too!

Still getting into it but more pics tomorrow!!!

hi tom is it a pig in knife edge flight?, my pitts 12 was, although the python is a totally diff design. glad it went well. :D

its not too bad in KE to be fair. high alpha knife edge no chance but when shes moving its not a problem!!

Video soon!

Running a proto MT system which is working too :) tried that today too.

Had a few teething problems but shes good now.
Ign reg isnt working!

Also get this! maiden, took off, landed to find 3 of the 4 bolts holding the DA in missing!!!!! how lucky is that!!!!.
blue loctite is not good for near engines!!

cool, sounds good, dependt what grade of locktoght you are using tom, as they all have different tolerences to heat etc,

very luckey to get away with that, on my petrol engines a never rely on the captive nuts.i put a bolt through long enough so that i can put a nylock on aswell as i once lost a couple of engine bolts.
