Excellent vid coverage Dom and I'm sure that anyone who has ever tried to just video 1 flight in a field before knows how draining it can be. Do you do any particular practise to keep the right arm nice and strong :?:

Yes actually. I repeat the particular exercise required 3....sometimes up to 5 times per day. :shifty:

WalkAbout wrote:1st prize for slowest flight was to IAD Models Dynamo which in 3 knot wind was completely stalled at one point in a true highalpha attitude, i thought she was gonna drop but didn't. Unfortunately not caught on the vid from Dom but did happen and i was quite amazed . Looks like the dynamo is going to be an interesting intermediate sport jet for 2015 with take offs and landings looking possible in the smallest of grass fields :D

Thanks for the kind comments, the Dynamo certainly is fun and the stable slow flying is superb but when you open the taps it has a respectable turn of speed also.

Thanks to DiminicM for the video and permission to share it on my facebook page :D

Sure was an awesome event. Massive thanx to Joey for letting me fly his two babies!! although i did have to put on the bloody binoculars to land his viper 1mile up the runway. the long walk of shame was priceless, and Joes cries of panic at the time will be etched into my mind and be the creator of nightmares  It was great to see so many faces and friends that I have met along the way in our awesome hobby. It sure was a nice way to close off my UK flying experience before heading off on our new adventure to Australia. I just want to sincerely thank everyone for sharing the great memories. you guys will be truly missed but will make sure I keep in touch.

thank you also goes out to the organisers of classic jets. you guys ran it awesomely and made everyone very welcome.
Livin the dream!
